We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth through our established network of distributors as well as direct sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with an established network of distributors, primarily across Europe.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the distribution network.
- Participate in tender-based sales processes, particularly in the Nordic region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record in managing distribution networks and B2B sales.
- Strong experience with tender-based selling, particularly in the Nordic market.
- Excellent Swedish- and English-speaking skills. Additional language skills are meritorious.
- Experience in international sales, with a focus on hospitals and healthcare solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multinational team.
