Release Notes
We’re pleased to announce the release of Delta4 November 2025, a new software version that brings significant improvements to both Machine QA and Delta4 Insight.
To ensure you benefit from the latest features and workflow enhancements, we recommend that all Delta4 users upgrade to this new release.

Delta4 Machine QA Improvements
- A new feature where interleaf leakage is measured and compared across the MLC bank and over time.
- Protocol-based Machine QA was introduced in the previous SW version. With this update, you can now re-use Machine QA plans and measurements created in older versions.
- When creating a Machine QA protocol: if the dose rate exists as a set parameter in the template DICOM RT Plan, it can now be explicitly defined in Configuration.
A minimum leaf gap can now be set in Configuration, which will be applied when creating Machine QA plans.
Delta4 Insight Updates
- It is now possible to model stopping power ratios for each beam energy.
- The behavior and stability of the Monte Carlo calculation queue have been improved.
