Our Leadership Team

Gustaf Piehl has many years of experience in the radiation therapy industry, having held a broad range of roles within the Elekta Group over the past 17 years. In September 2020, Gustaf joined our management team to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Henriette Münch has served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2021 and has an extensive background in global finance within the medical device industry. Prior to joining ScandiDos, Henriette held the role of Finance, Administration & Personnel Manager for northern Europe at D-link. Before D-Link, Henriette was CFO at Maquet Nordic (Getinge Group).

Peter Reinli has been serving as our Vice President of Sales since 2019. He has over 30 years of commercial experience working in various international management positions within sales and marketing, and business development in medical technology companies. Prior to joining ScandiDos, Peter was with Elekta for nine years. He has a large network of contacts and extensive international experience working in Europe, the USA, and APEC where he has, in many cases, developed new markets.

Mikael Palm is the Service and Support Manager at ScandiDos. Mikael has worked for the company since 2008, serving as the Service and Support manager since 2012. Mikael has over 20 years of experience in the radiotherapy business and contributes extensive knowledge of dosimetry devices and patient positioning.

Daniel Pederson has served as the QA/RA Manager at ScandiDos since 2020. He has more than 14 years of experience working in medical technology companies. Over the past 10 years, Daniel has primarily worked as quality manager and regulatory manager for small and medium-sized medical technology companies. He has also lectured and carried out training together with Swedish Medtech regarding the development, improvement, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems.
