Meet the support team

Mikael has been with Scandidos since 2008 and has been working in the Radiotherapy business for 23 years. Previous companies include Precitron, MDS-Nordion, and Oncolog Medical. Mikael has a background in Electrical Engineering and loves problem-solving, especially if hardware is involved!

Anders holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University and has dedicated his entire career to MedTech. His background includes extensive experience in radiotherapy, with key roles at RaySearch, Nucletron, and Helax, as well as serving as co-founder and CEO of a startup in metabolic health. Anders loves developing world-unique products and following their use among early adopters around the world.

Blessing studied the Bachelor's Program in Biomedical Engineering at Uppsala University and has been with Scandidos since June 2023. Blessing oversees the hardware service for the support team and also works with general support. She speaks Swedish, English, and Igbo.

Vivika studied a master’s program in Medical Radiation Physics at Lund University. Vivika’s primary focus is the application software and Physics-related questions. She is fluent in Swedish, English, and Thai.

Crystal has been with ScandiDos since February 2025, focusing primarily on supporting customers across the United States. With more than 25 years of experience in the radiologic sciences, she has worked in clinical, commercial, and educational settings but has always had a passion for QA. Crystal holds an MS in Medical Dosimetry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. She also earned a BS degree in Radiation Therapy, a BS degree in Radiologic Science (with an emphasis in CT and MRI), and an AAS in Radiologic Technology—all from Arkansas State University.

Alexandre studied radiotherapy at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis in France and has worked in the radiotherapy field for more than ten years. He joined the ScandiDos team in August 2019 as an application specialist in France and French-speaking countries.

Muhammad Ikhwan Salleh is a Master of Medical Physics (MPhy) graduate from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He has a strong background in radiotherapy with four years of experience as an Application Specialist. In previous roles, he has worked with measurement devices and planning systems.

Ingemar studied electrical engineering at Uppsala University and has been with Scandidos since May 2022. He is responsible for the production, manufacturing and verification tests of our products. He is also assisting the service team with in house servicing of systems and components.
